Terms & Conditions – HeyGear Garments
1. General
These Terms & Conditions govern all garment manufacturing and supply transactions conducted by HeyGear. By placing an order, the buyer agrees to be bound by these terms.
2. Product Specifications
All garment details including fabric composition, GSM, sizing, colors, stitching, prints, embroidery, labeling, and packaging must be finalized at the time of order confirmation. Minor variations in color, weight, or finishing may occur due to production and material characteristics.
3. Sampling & Approval
Pre-production samples, if requested, will be provided for approval. Bulk production will commence only after buyer approval. HeyGear shall not be liable for discrepancies once samples are approved.
4. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
MOQ varies depending on product type, fabric, and customization. MOQ details are communicated during quotation and are binding upon order confirmation.
5. Pricing & Payment Terms
Prices are quoted based on confirmed specifications and are subject to change if specifications are altered. Payment terms (advance payment, partial payment, or full payment) are agreed prior to production. Production begins only after payment confirmation.
6. Production & Delivery
Production timelines are estimates and depend on order volume and complexity. HeyGear is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, shipping lines, force majeure, or unforeseen logistical issues.
7. Quality Control & Claims
HeyGear maintains internal quality inspection standards. Any quality claims must be submitted in writing within an agreed timeframe after delivery, supported by evidence. Claims raised after this period will not be entertained.
8. Returns & Liability
Customized garments are non-returnable and non-refundable. HeyGear’s liability is limited to manufacturing defects only and does not cover wear and tear or improper use.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
All logos, designs, and trademarks provided by the buyer are used at the buyer’s responsibility. HeyGear shall not be liable for any intellectual property infringement claims.
10. Governing Law
All transactions shall be governed by applicable international trade practices and the laws of the manufacturing country unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Terms & Conditions – HeyGear Sports Products
1. General
These Terms & Conditions apply to all sports goods manufactured and supplied by HeyGear for domestic and international customers.
2. Product Scope
HeyGear manufactures sports products including cricket bats, basketballs, soccer balls, footballs, tennis equipment, racket paddles, and related sporting goods.
3. Materials & Manufacturing
Products are made using industry-standard materials and skilled craftsmanship. Natural materials may vary slightly in appearance, weight, or texture, which is considered acceptable within industry norms.
4. Customization & Branding
Custom designs, logos, specifications, and packaging are produced as per buyer approval. Any changes after order confirmation may result in revised pricing and delivery timelines.
5. Orders & Payments
Orders are considered confirmed upon agreement of specifications and payment terms. Advance payment may be required, especially for customized or bulk export orders.
6. Production & Delivery Timeline
Production and delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to raw material availability, shipping schedules, customs procedures, or force majeure circumstances.
7. Quality Assurance & Claims
Each product undergoes quality inspection before dispatch. Claims regarding manufacturing defects must be reported in writing within the agreed claim period after receipt of goods.
8. Returns, Use & Liability
Customized or used sports products are non-returnable. HeyGear is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or usage beyond recommended standards.
9. Risk & Shipping
Risk and responsibility transfer to the buyer once goods are dispatched from HeyGear’s facility. Shipping terms (FOB, CIF, etc.) must be agreed prior to order confirmation.
