Refund & Return Policy – HeyGear

At HeyGear, we manufacture custom-made garments and sports products for domestic and international clients. This policy explains the conditions under which returns, refunds, or replacements may be considered.


1. General Policy

Due to the customized and made-to-order nature of our products, returns and refunds are limited. By placing an order, the buyer agrees to this Refund & Return Policy.


2. Garments – Refund & Return Policy

  • Customized garments (private labeling, custom sizes, fabrics, colors, prints, embroidery, or logos) are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • Returns or refunds may be considered only for confirmed manufacturing defects.

  • Claims must be submitted in writing within the agreed claim period after delivery, supported by clear photos or videos.

  • Upon approval, HeyGear may offer a replacement, partial refund, full refund, or credit note, at its discretion.


3. Sports Products – Refund & Return Policy

  • Customized or branded sports products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • Refunds or returns are considered only in cases of verified manufacturing defects.

  • Natural variations in materials (e.g., wood grain, texture, weight) are not considered defects.

  • Claims must be reported within the agreed timeframe after receipt of goods.


4. Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Situations

Refunds or returns will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind or incorrect order placement by the buyer

  • Size, color, or specification changes after approval

  • Damage due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear

  • Delays caused by shipping lines, customs clearance, or force majeure events


5. Inspection & Claims Procedure

  • Buyers must inspect goods immediately upon receipt.

  • Claims must include order number, description of the issue, and supporting evidence.

  • HeyGear reserves the right to inspect, repair, replace, or request return of defective items before approving any claim.


6. International Trade & Shipping Terms

  • All shipments are governed by international trade practices and agreed Incoterms (FOB, CIF, CFR, DDP, etc.).

  • Risk and responsibility transfer to the buyer once goods are dispatched, as per the agreed Incoterm.

  • Shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and import charges are the buyer’s responsibility, unless otherwise agreed in writing.


7. Refund Method & Processing

  • Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as a credit note, as mutually agreed.

  • Refund processing time depends on banking channels and payment providers.


8. Return Shipping

  • If a return is approved, return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer, unless the defect is confirmed and otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Returned goods must be unused and in original condition.


9. Policy Updates

HeyGear reserves the right to amend this Refund & Return Policy at any time. Updates will be effective upon publication.
